Signing up to a GET THE BOX experience, means you agree to receive a box experience every month automatically until cancelled. to cancel please email with your full name  ( as on the account), or log in to you account and cancel anytime.

  1. Nutritionist in a Box  offers a guarantee against damaged or faulty goods which appear to be a manufacturer fault or not as described. Goods will be exchanged if they are found to have Manufacturing defects. Please advise us of any defects within

  2. Claims against our guarantee or breakage/damage in transit must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of purchase and must be submitted to with photographic evidence.   We will provide an outcome once we have received the required Documentation.

  3. Nutritionist in a Box  handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.  Should you wish to return your order, please notify us with 7 days of purchase with  proof of documentation, reasoning .  Nutritionist in a Box  is not liable for any loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail.  If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.  Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus original shipping costs.  Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.  Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received.  Refunds are made at the discretion of  Nutritionist in a Box.

If we request a return of goods, please follow the Returns procedure:

Gift Voucher T&C's

1. Gift voucher's are only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another                        voucher and will be automatically forfeited.

        2.Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.

        3.Gift voucher's  will be considered null and void without the Expiry Date and Authorised Signature being filled up, seal and             other authentication signs or if tampered.

        4.Gift voucher's  will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.

        6. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Nutritionist in a box is final.
